About Me
Attorney Schulman has practiced law for fifty-two years as of August, 2015, including serving in the United States Air Force from 1963-1966, and as an attorney and then Executive Director of Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc. of Hartford from 1966-1974. While carrying on a general practice, he has functioned as a trial litigator in court, particularly in personal injury matters. He also has a substantial portion of his practice devoted to representing injured workers before the Workers Compensation Commission and in representing small businesses in their start-up phases, contracts, leases and management consultation in the running of a business.
