About Me
This is Alicia Oaks. I am a personal injury attorney at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law in 2020. I am originally from Rhode Island. My family decided to move to Colorado Springs after making a 15-year stop-over in Detroit, Michigan. I have been an attorney for 17 years and have worked on both sides of claims, handling everything from personal injury and property damage claims to construction defects and property disputes. From all this experience, I have learned how to investigate, organize, and present claims to achieve an optimal outcome. Through my years as an insurance defense attorney, I know what insurance companies need in order to evaluate your claim.
