About Me
With a decade of real estate and entrepreneurship experience, Roman has changed the way attorneys are perceived. His definitiveness and communication are key to cultivating successful client relationships.
Prior to this Firm, Roman was a managing partner at Criscione, Ravala & Tabatchouk, LLP where he focused on Lender Representation, Residential and Commercial Transactions and Business Law. He also accumulated an extensive background in real estate and business through his work at the Law Offices of John F. O’Halloran, where he worked hands-on with residential and commercial transactions, commercial loan closings and business counseling.
Prior to his legal career, Roman, was a congressional clerk for the United States House of Representatives for Congressman Maurice Hinchey where he had hands on experience within the House of Representatives.
Private practice aside, Roman is also Vice President of the Ukrainian American Business and Professionals Association and is one of the founders of the Euro United Soccer Academy. When he’s not in the office you can find him playing hockey or soccer and enjoying the company of friends and family.
