About Me
David Oles started his career as a business owner in the automobile industry. There he learned the value of a customer-focused attitude and constant diligence to the needs of his clients. Following a successful career as an entrepreneur, Mr. Oles obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He went on to obtain an MBA in Finance, and culminated his formal education by graduating from Harvard Law School.
Mr. Oles gained experience as a transactional, business and estate planning lawyer with two prestigious national law firms in New Jersey and Georgia. There he represented numerous health-care companies and practitioners with problems ranging from business formation and capitalization to employee relations to regulatory compliance.
