About Me
Mr. Flynn (“Rex”) focuses his practice primarily in the criminal and family arenas. He firmly believes client-centered representation. As such, the client’s needs are the primary driver of the course of litigation. Once the client’s needs and wishes are established, Rex Flynn will zealously work (with integrity) to obtain the desired result, often with innovative solutions. Mr. Flynn accepts, and has tried criminal cases all over the Commonwealth from the eastern shore of Virginia, the Tidewater area, Central Virginia and all across Northern Virginia. Rex also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for abused and neglected children and as a court appointed attorney for juvenile defendants in Virginia’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations courts. A graduate of George Mason University’s School of Law, Mr. Flynn also studied Psychology at his undergraduate alma mater, Hampton University. He was also very active in law school, serving multiple terms in student government as well as serving on regional boards for the National Black Law Students Association, and the American Bar Association.
